The ideal candidate will possess pivotal skills in table setting, food service, and order taking, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience of 1-3 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.Proficiency in table setting techniques and best practices (Mandatory skill).Experience in food service, ensuring timely delivery of meals to guests (Mandatory skill).Skilled in order taking, accurately recording and communicating guest preferences (Mandatory skill).Strong understanding of hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.Knowledge of food safety procedures to comply with health regulations.Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant setting.Excellent customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSet up tables before service, ensuring that all cutlery and glassware are clean and arranged.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt food delivery.Take orders from patrons and convey them accurately to the kitchen.Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.Multitask with efficiency to manage customer needs and restaurant operations.Provide effective and courteous service to guests to enhance their dining experience.Assist in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy dining area.Handle guest complaints with tact and report any issues to management promptly.
