Career Portal and Onboarding ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced consultant with strong functional expertise to support a key client engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP modules. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 modules, configuring recruitment workflows, setting up and configuring Onboarding 2.0 processes, managing integration between Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and other relevant HR/SuccessFactors modules, providing day-to-day support during post-go-live, and preparing documentation.8+ years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding modules.Proven track record of at least one or more full-cycle implementations of RCM + Onboarding modules.Strong understanding of HR/recruitment business processes.Hands-on configuration and implementation skills in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM / RMK / CRM) and Onboarding modules.Experience with integration of SuccessFactors modules and data-migration or data-integration tasks.Strong stakeholder communication skills.You will have the opportunity to enjoy a fun and collaborative work environment, alongside a strong career progression.Required Skills and Qualifications:Implementing SAP SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding modules.Full-cycle implementations of RCM + Onboarding modules.Understanding of HR/recruitment business processes.Configuration and implementation skills in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM / RMK / CRM) and Onboarding modules.Integration of SuccessFactors modules and data-migration or data-integration tasks.Stakeholder communication skills.Additionally, you will get attractive company benefits.
