Strategic Financial Operations Lead

Job Title:Financial ManagerDescription:You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounting and HR teams. This includes activities such as documenting financial information, analyzing tax reports, monitoring employee records, and processing invoices.Ensure that all transactional information is correctly processed and generate regular financial activity reports for our Directors on a monthly basis.Monitor our financial processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant laws and regulations.Analyze our current staffing needs and track budgetary allocations to our training and development programs.Also, monitor our hiring expenses, establish spending limits, and record all expenditures related to sourcing, advertising through PPC ads, and onboarding.Document other HR-related expenses and ensure they are within budget.Develop and implement a long-term finance management strategy ensuring compliant transactions.Supervise our finance team's day-to-day activities including checking employee records, collecting payroll information, processing invoices, and analyzing tax reports.Conduct payroll and billing audits on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of financial statements.Identify irregularities in our system including possible fraud and theft and report them to our Directors.Assess our staffing needs and track time-to-hire and recruiting costs including expenditures on sourcing, advertising, and onboarding.Evaluate our training needs manage our training budget and monitor allocation of resources to our training and development programs.Provide oversight to our Training Officers and evaluate cost-effectiveness of our onboarding process workshops and other learning programs.Ensure all expenditures are within budget compile spending reports and allocate resources to specific HR programs as instructed by our Director.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or MS in Business Administration Accounting or HR required.Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and statistics superb attention to detail required.Strong organizational and time-management skills required.Proficiency in both spoken and written English essential.Expertise in finance management ability to track expenses analyze tax reports and create spreadsheets necessary.Understanding of national and international financial regulations required.Familiarity with CRM and accounting software such as Salesforce and Xero beneficial.
