We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.Full Stack Development Lead RequirementsGraduate in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed university; Masters degree is an advantage.5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on front-end and back-end development.Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Development Lead is preferred.Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications.Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks/libraries such as React JS.Back-end expertise in .NET (C#) and JavaScript (Node.js), along with APIs, OAuth, and OpenID.Proficient with tools like Visual Studio Code, Postman, GitHub, AppInsights, etc.Experience working on Microservices-based products is preferred.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best practices.Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.Demonstrated ability to lead a team of front-end and back-end developers.Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality, reliable code.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Why Join CodeVyasa?Work on innovative, high-impact projects with a team of top-tier professionals.Continuous learning opportunities and professional growth.Flexible work environment with a supportive company culture.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Free healthcare coverage.
