Job Description: MERN Developer


As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining full stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs and company standards


Responsibilities:

● Design and develop robust full-stack applications using the MERN stack.

● Lead the development process of our projects from conception to deployment.

● Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

● Implement security and data protection solutions.

● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

● Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to improve usability.

● Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into operations and practices.

● Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.

● Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.


Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing applications using the MERN stack.

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

● Deep knowledge of React.js and its core principles.

● Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

● Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.

● Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).

● Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.

● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

● Experience with RESTful APIs and server-side logic.

● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
