- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components for seamless user experiences.

- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Create interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js.

- Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Optimize application performance and scalability by leveraging best practices in frontend and backend development.

- Implement security and data protection measures to ensure applications are secure.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement attractive and functional web- interfaces.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best coding practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full application stack.

- Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js,.React.js, Node.js).

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern ES6+ features.

- Hands-on experience with React.js for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

- Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development and API integration.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript best practices.

- Experience with front-end tools like Webpack, Babel, or npm.

- Ability to write efficient, testable, and scalable code.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Trello.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot code and resolve issues.
