Job Title: HRSD Developer SpecialistRole Summary:We are seeking an experienced HRSD developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and define business solutions for all HR users, translating HR business requirements into technical requirements.Work with the ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ITSM developers to design and develop HRSD module configurations and integrations.Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, automation scripts, integrations, workflows, and reports.Create, monitor, modify, and publish service catalog workflows with approvals.Design and create Employee Service Portals.Create access control rules (ACLs) and validations in various workflows.Understand application requirements and capture User Stories.Follow Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines for development.Participate in daily stand-up meetings and understand changes proposed on requirements/user stories.Be self-directed and detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks, meeting designated standards and criteria.Perform Unit Testing and documentation as required.Provide support to users during User Acceptance Testing.Provide required training to HRSD fulfiller and Administration users on user stories developed.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in development and customization of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications, including HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Employee Document Management, Performance Analytics for HR, and Integration experience with HR systems of record.Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing.Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD.Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology.Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes.Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).Desired Competencies:Excellent communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences.Excellent interpersonal skills to work with project team members collaboratively.Effective participation and feedback during planning meetings.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Others:ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM.ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification.Service Certified Application developer(CAD) certification.
