OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled marketing professional to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels. This role requires someone with deep expertise in performance marketing, campaign strategy, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and emerging channels.Own full campaign lifecycle: research, planning, ad creation, testing, optimization, reporting, and scaling.Build and manage high-performing, multi-channel paid campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and cost-effectiveness.Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion performance.Analyze data across platforms to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and messaging clarity.Create dashboards, weekly/monthly reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with evolving ad platform features, algorithm changes, and best practices.Requirements4–7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with ownership of meaningful budgets.Proven track record of driving measurable results across multiple platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into clear strategies.Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution modeling, retargeting, and funnel optimization.Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.B2B SaaS performance marketing experience is highly preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance incentivesRemote work flexibilityOpportunity to impact a rapidly growing businessCollaborative, innovative team environment
