Job OverviewThe ideal candidate plays a key role in securing, boosting, or smoothing the client's IT infrastructure. They deliver expert services to support project requirements, resource ramp-up, and functional/technical expertise for achieving transformation goals within deadlines.Main Responsibilities:Install and configure FircoSoft products, including modifications to existing application infrastructure and integration of AI-based modules.Develop and maintain rule sets to improve alert quality.Manage multi-environment Firco setups and assess impacts on existing screening processes.Troubleshoot configuration issues, false positives, load/performance problems, and environment inconsistencies.This position requires strong diagnostic skills for Firco logs, workflows, error patterns, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with FircoSoft solutions, including Firco Screening BOX and the latest Firco modules.Key QualificationsTechnical Expertise:FircoSoft products, including Firco Screening BOX and the latest Firco modules.AI-based modules, rule sets, and workflow management.IT infrastructure security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Additional RequirementsDiagnostics and Troubleshooting:Firco logs analysis, error pattern identification, and resolution.Performance optimization, resource management, and environmental setup.This role is perfect for professionals seeking a challenging opportunity to develop their technical skills and contribute to the success of our clients.
