Job DescriptionAs a senior inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process of renewable energy equipment.Coordinate and perform pre-dispatch inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.Participate in the project opening meeting to brief suppliers on scope, inspection rules, and schedule.Verify site conditions prior to performing the inspection using the 5M methodology.Coordinate the inspection team as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project Manager.Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurements according to a checklist.Monitor lead times to ensure completion within agreed schedules.Inform contact personnel about findings and analyze their improvement plans.Report to the Project Manager on site observations during the inspection.Fill-in the inspection report based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team.Suggest improvements to suppliers to enhance product quality and testing conditions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical field.Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and test procedures correctly.Experience in renewable energies, energy storage, or factory inspection.At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site) and at least 5 year's experience in a PV Module technical position.Minimum 1-2 years management experience required.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Highly proficient in spoken and written English.High ethics and outstanding communication skills.
