Lead Mechanical Engineer for Sustainable DevelopmentsAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical systems for residential developments that maximize energy efficiency, comfort, and safety. You will work closely with architects, developers, and contractors to ensure designs are buildable, commercially viable, and aligned with project budgets and timelines.Key Responsibilities:Design high-performance mechanical systems that specify heating, ventilation, and domestic hot-water solutions for residential developments.Optimize and simulate various configurations, perform thermal and hydraulic calculations, and refine designs based on simulation outputs and real-world constraints.Bridge design and construction by working closely with architects, developers, and contractors to ensure designs are buildable and commercially viable.Advise on sustainability by integrating passive design strategies, renewable heat sources, and advanced control systems to deliver energy-efficient and future-proof solutions.Support project delivery by participating in design reviews, contributing to installation guidance, and providing on-site or remote support during commissioning to ensure systems perform as intended.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in residential developments.Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of sustainable living.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development opportunities.About Us:Our company is dedicated to revolutionizing the design and delivery of residential developments.
