Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support organizational hiring needs.Primary Accountabilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and offer negotiations.Collaborate with departmental heads to understand job descriptions and hiring requirements.Source potential candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, and professional networking.Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate fitment (skills, experience, salary, notice period and cultural alignment).Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.Maintain accurate candidate databases and ensure the integrity of recruitment tracking reports and dashboards.Create engaging job postings and promote them on job boards and social platforms.Support employer branding activities, recruitment events, and campus hiring as required.Manage offer processes and documentation, ensuring seamless onboarding and pre-joining engagement.Ensure strong candidate experiences and uphold organizational values during the hiring journey.Comply with recruitment regulations and adhere to company HR policies.
