We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality management systems, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Manager will lead the QA team, develop testing protocols, monitor processes, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain product and service excellence.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, or other relevant quality standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, certifications, and inspections.
- Establish quality control processes, test plans, and inspection criteria.
- Monitor product development and production for adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate product defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
- Manage and mentor QA staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions on quality systems, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and corrective action plans.
- Track and analyze quality metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Present quality performance reports to senior management.
- Drive process optimization, lean practices, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Research and implement new QA tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Promote a customer-focused approach to quality across the organization.
