About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Test Automation Specialist to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance and a strong background in test automation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software applications. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies. Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation. Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution. Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage. Conduct performance and regression testing to ensure system stability and scalability. Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies in test automation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 - 10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation. Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Java Script. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Load Runner. Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and tools. Certification in software testing or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
