Job Title: Technical Operations SpecialistThe primary function of this position is to oversee the technical execution of complex projects related to Online Flow Assurance Pipeline Management System (PMS) and Operator Training System (OTS).Responsibilities include performing assigned tasks as per project specifications, participating in discussions to propose solutions, and managing client expectations.Developing OLGA multiphase flow models for online real-time use with an emphasis on accuracy and reliability.Creating customized OLGA Online advisors (workflows) to enhance user experience.Integrating OLGA models into client control systems and user interfaces to ensure seamless functionality.Collecting and reviewing technical data from clients to inform project decisions.Designing and developing web-based user interface screens and dashboards to improve user engagement.Performing factory acceptance tests with clients and conducting site installations and acceptance testing to guarantee successful project outcomes.Preparing comprehensive project documentation including specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.Maintaining and updating engineering documents such as P&ID mark-ups and control schematics.Conducting thorough testing, reviews, and quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.Providing on-site end-user training to customers to ensure a smooth transition to project implementation.By focusing on technical expertise and exceptional customer service, this role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.
