Denodo Support Engineer Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Denodo Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Denodo environment.The ideal candidate will have experience with Denodo administration, incident and change management, capacity management, and disaster recovery testing. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.In this role, you will be working closely with the analytics team to ensure the smooth operation of our Denodo landscape. You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.You will also be involved in planning and executing upgrades, patches, and other technical tasks to maintain the health and security of our Denodo environment. Additionally, you will work with developers to provide best practices and technical guidance to ensure the success of their projects.The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
