Digital Workplace Presales Solution Architect Role This position involves providing presales solutions for clients, working closely with the sales team to identify client needs and develop effective solutions. Key responsibilities include:Providing presales experience in the Workplace area and customer-facing roles.Excellent writing and oral communication skills.Effort estimation experience for Service Desk and Digital Workplace.The ideal candidate will have:Domain knowledge including cost and effort estimates.Experience in providing solutions for Service Desk.ITIL process knowledge.Expertise in field support solution design.Knowledge in device management (SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Active Directory, VDI, Citrix).Knowledge in messaging and collaboration platforms (O365, M365, Gsuite).Good knowledge of operational activities in End User Device Management (deployment, patching, monitoring).Knowledge about market-leading tools and approaches to automation.Experience in creating solution documents and customer presentations.A good understanding of modern technologies and approaches is desired but not mandatory.
