As Head of Sales, you will lead this growth by engaging with enterprise clients, identifying opportunities, and building long-term partnerships. The role calls for a strategic thinker who can connect business priorities with the power of design, research, and technology. You’ll collaborate with leadership to define market focus, refine positioning, and open doors to organisations ready for transformation through experience-led innovation. At YUJ, you will work with leaders pioneering Agentic Experience Design—an approach that blends design, technology, and intelligence to reshape how businesses operate. The position offers the chance to influence global organisations, collaborate with visionary teams, and shape the next chapter of YUJ’s growth. Location: Pune Reports To: CEO Minimum experience: 15+ years (Design agency experience preferred) Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities Define and execute a global sales strategy across Design, Research, Tech and AI practices. Engage with CXOs and business leaders to uncover opportunities where design can drive performance and growth. Drive strategic conversations that evolve into high-value engagements, linking Experience Design, Agentic Design, and Digital Transformation with measurable business impact. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on revenue, pricing, and partnership strategies. Drive new client acquisition across India, US, UK, and APAC. Manage the entire sales cycle—from discovery and proposal to closure and transition. Partner with delivery and marketing teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience. Build and mentor a high-performing sales team with clear goals and accountability. Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline. Strengthen YUJ’s presence through industry networks, events, and thought leadership initiatives. Your Profile MBA in Marketing / International Business (additional certifications are a plus). 10–12 years of B2B services sales experience in Design Consulting, Digital, or Tech Services. Strong network of potential clients across enterprises, and product companies. Proven track record in consultative, solution-led enterprise sales. Strong understanding of UX, digital transformation, and delivery ecosystems. Experience working with clients across global markets. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage senior decision-makers. Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and an instinct for building trust-based relationships. Has played multiple roles- Hunter, Account Manager, Team Leader Expertise in CRM and data-driven pipeline management. Are You the Right Fit?
