We are seeking a strategic finance professional to think beyond bookkeeping and make a significant impact on business growth.Our ideal candidate will be able to analyse data, convert analytics into decisions, and present insights to top management confidently.They should have a strong business finance mindset, experience in forecasting, FP&A, valuations or strategy finance, and skilled in Excel/financial modelling.Responsibilities include developing capital allocation strategies for project execution and business expansion, preparing and monitoring budgets, fund flow plans and cost controls, conducting market research and pricing strategy for products and real-estate assets, optimising cash flows and utilisation planning, evaluating risk, ROI, project feasibility and financial viability, supporting debt raising, investor documentation and funding strategies, creating MIS dashboards for management-level decisions, recommending financial intelligence for faster execution and higher returns, tracking economic indicators, credit markets, construction cost trends.The ideal candidate will have qualifications such as an MBA Finance, CA, CFA or Experienced B.Com+ with 2–6 years of experience.A key focus will be on building financial clarity, scaling capital efficiency and influencing strategic decisions to drive business success.Key skills required include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, valuation, risk assessment, investment analysis, financial planning and control.Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
