Business Finance Specialist

Job Title: Business Finance SpecialistAs a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in analyzing and structuring business finance proposals to meet the needs of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare comprehensive client profiles, including financial data and market analysis, to support our bankers' presentation to clients.Key Responsibilities:Interact with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) and corporate clients to understand their business models, project requirements, and funding needs.Prepare detailed financial analyses, including cash flow projections, balance sheet assessments, and risk management strategies.Create comprehensive client profiles and business summaries for banker presentation, highlighting key opportunities and challenges.Develop project finance proposals for greenfield and brownfield projects, including cost estimates, implementation schedules, and revenue projections.Work on lease rental discounting (LRD) and real estate project funding proposals, coordinating with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and clients to ensure timely sanction and disbursement.Prepare and maintain management information system (MIS) trackers for each case, showcasing stage-wise progress, pending documents, and next actions.Assist in drafting sanction notes, renewal papers, credit justifications, and compliance reports.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and bankers.Strong understanding of business finance principles, including financial modeling, cash flow management, and risk assessment.Proficiency in MS Excel, with expertise in pivot tables, financial formulas, and data analysis.Working knowledge of Tally and MS Word.Good command over CMA preparation, project finance analysis, and ratio calculations (DSCR, ICR, TOL/TNW, Current Ratio).Benefits:Our company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
