Job Summary: The Head of Design at Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd will lead and oversee all design initiatives for the company's hospitality and hotel ventures. This role involves creating innovative, guest-centered designs, ensuring they align with Ridhira Living's brand standards and enhance the overall guest experience, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and creative direction for hotel interiors, exteriors, and guest-facing spaces in Ridhira Living properties.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Maintain consistency with Ridhira Living's brand standards while enhancing the guest experience through design.
  • Manage design teams, provide mentorship, and encourage innovation.
  • Stay updated with hospitality design trends and integrate fresh ideas into projects.
  • Oversee budgeting, timelines, and deliverables for design projects.
  • Approve design concepts, materials, and finishes that reflect luxury and sustainability.
  • Incorporate sustainability and functionality in all design processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in design, preferably in hospitality or hotel projects.
  • Proven leadership in managing design teams and large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and hotel industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for luxury and functionality.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
