Manager, Health Platform

Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for providing marketing support to assigned RBU Health Platform to achieve revenue and profitability objectives, creating long term strategic and short term tactical marketing plans, strengthening of brands for enhanced business performance by creating PLC Management. He would also be responsible for managing Brands with various Marketing Campaigns and New Product Launches.Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywherePrimary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsibilities:Creating long term strategic and short term tactical marketing plans for assigned portfolioTo support the field team with quarterly product promotion strategies and developing relevant inputs for sameCollaborating with all stake holders to execute marketing plansPropose budget for assigned platform / portfolioPropose and manage price changesManage Product Life Cycle (PLC) and New Product Planning/ LaunchAlign with global / regional / country strategiesCoordinate with cross functions, Global teamQualifications & SkillsDegree in Veterinary Sciences with MBA MarketingMarketing experience in Animal Health (Ruminants/Cattle/Dairy) BusinessProven Product Portfolio Management qualities including the Technical, Product & Market Knowledge, Market Share MindsetGood communication skills in written and spoken English is preferredGood networking skillsOur Animal Health division is a trusted global leader in veterinary medicine, dedicated to the health and well-being of animals.
