Preparation of SOP To perform against all key performance indicators including the Resolution and Response Time of SLA Matrix. Follow 24*7 business support model. Follow Shift roster and daily Shift HOTO perfectly. GOOD TO HAVE: Strong knowledge on performance related issue Should be able to guide the team Good communication, presentation and reporting skills and ability to conduct and drive customer/vendor calls.
