Job Overview:We seek an experienced middleware architect to design and develop software solutions for embedded Linux platforms in automotive systems.This role involves leading the development of middleware solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Design and develop middleware solutions for embedded Linux platforms.Lead the integration of IPC mechanisms across components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.Act as a technical liaison with customers, understanding requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Drive design reviews, code quality, and performance optimization.Requirements:10–15 years of experience in embedded systems and Linux middleware architecture.Strong proficiency in C++ programming and IPC mechanisms.Hands-on experience with Linux system internals, bootloaders, and kernel modules.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and internal teams.Proven leadership capabilities in managing technical teams and project deliverables.Desirable Skills:Experience in the automotive domain is highly desirable.
