Key Account ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to excel in client-facing roles. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client communication, and coordinating campaigns across multiple accounts.Clinical Relationship Management: Own day-to-day client interaction, build trust, and deliver consistently.Campaign Coordination: Work with creative, digital, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life - on time, on brief, and within scope.Content First Drafting: Create high-quality content drafts, understanding briefs, shaping narratives, and bringing structure to ideas before they go to the creative team.Requirements:6-8 years of client servicing experience in a digital/creative/marketing agencyStrong content-sense with the ability to write first drafts, structure narratives, and simplify complex briefsWorking knowledge of briefing and using AI tools for content, scripts, and ideationExcellent communication and presentation skills - client-facing and internalAbility to manage multiple accounts and timelines with easeEye for detail, a mind for strategy, and a heart that beats for marketingWhy This Role?This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by delivering exceptional client service.
