Job Title: Performance Test LeadWe are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to lead our performance testing efforts.Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Noida / Pune / Gurgaon. Ability to join within 30 days.Job Description:As a Performance Test Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on performance testing activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications perform optimally under various loads and conditions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain performance testing strategies and plans.Analyze and interpret performance test data and graphs.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Lead the performance testing team to achieve high-quality results.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve performance-related issues.Requirements:Experience and Skills:Minimum 8 years of experience in performance testing.Familiarity with Neo Load, Load Runner, JMeter.Scripting languages such as Java, SQL, XML.Knowledge in performance testing validation on healthcare reports.Added advantage healthcare concepts and FACETS or QNxt products.Personal Qualities:Excellent communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:PMP certification.ISTQB certification.
