Performance Testing Engineer (5–8 Years)Performance Testing (Primary Requirement)Design, plan, and execute load, stress, spike, and endurance tests for SaaS-based CRM applications.Build and maintain scalable performance test scripts and frameworks using tools such as Apache JMeter (preferred), LoadRunner, Gatling, or Locust.Execute large-scale distributed performance tests on AWS / GCP / Azure cloud infrastructure.Define KPIs, SLAs, and baselines to measure system performance.Identify bottlenecks across application, database, and infra layers and drive resolutions.Integrate performance suites with CI/CD pipelines for early detection of performance regressions.Cloud & Infrastructure (Must Have)Hands-on expertise in AWS / GCP / Azure for provisioning and monitoring test environments.Monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, disk I/O, network latency, DB performance) to correlate infra with app behavior.Collaborate with DevOps/CloudOps to optimize infra usage for performance testing.Monitoring & ReportingUse APM and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, New Relic, Dynatrace, etc.) for analysis.Generate reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders with clear recommendations.Ensure timely delivery of performance test results within release timelines.Skills & ToolsPerformance Tools: Apache JMeter (preferred), LoadRunner, Gatling, Locust.Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure (mandatory hands-on).Monitoring/Logging: Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, ELK, etc.Scripting: Python, Shell, Groovy for custom test requirements.CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent.Databases: Query optimization and DB performance analysis
