What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

  • Develop creative and engaging social media Content for Youtube that will contribute to user growth and increase the brand reach.
  • Manage and meet the business targets in terms of social media reach and user engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels adapting content to suit different channels
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content, create engaging multimedia content across our Youtube channels.
  • Research, develop, write scrips and produce video content for Youtube platforms.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools and insights.
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments


Who could you be? Background and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing social media platforms for a publisher.
  • Proven experience in driving the growth and meeting target numbers for social media.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in all social media platforms like Youtube
  • Experience of Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
