Quality Assurance RoleThis position is focused on ensuring quality, not manual or automation testing. Review the description carefully before applying.Ensuring quality involves reviewing call and/or process procedures for all departments, providing training and coaching to employees, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to strengthen quality standards.Responsibilities:Conduct 'Process Refresher' and 'New Hire' trainings with employeesProvide ongoing coaching and support to employeesIdentify training needs based on process review findings and collaborate with managementDevelop and implement training materials and SOPsAnalyze findings from process reviews and develop reportsRecommend and implement preventive and corrective actionsTrack responses and escalate unresolved issuesProvide timely reports documenting observationsRequirements:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysisAbout Quality StandardsOur goal is to maintain the highest level of quality across all departments.
