We are offering wide range of Plumbing and Agriculture Pipes and Fittings so we can say that “WE THE PIPING PEOPLE”To Strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for Young, Dynamic Professional team who could Contribute and be a part of the Growth story of our organization.This position will directly report to Directors.Job Description / Responsibilities -Ø Sales & Distribution ManagementØ Sales and distribution data analysisØ Lead management.Ø Contacting Dealers / Distributors / Plumbers for SalesØ Tracking Outstanding Collection & follow up with Sales teamØ Account ManagementØ Monitoring, Analyzing Sales Department’s Targeted v/s Actual Sales Numbers & presenting Analysis report to ManagementØ MIS & Reporting of Sales functionØ Managing Social Media handlesØ Market & Coemption AnalysisØ Fostering Sales cultureØ Identifying bottlenecks in Sales Process and Initiate Corrective actionsØ Day to day Coordination & Supporting On field Sales TeamØ Distribution Planning and StrategyØ Yearly Sales Proposal and Target Planning & ExecutionØ Reviewing new Sales ProposalØ Managing CRM ActivitiesØ Generating Talent Pool data base from MarketØ Co-ordination with Customers and resolving their issuesCandidate Prerequisites –Ø Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree or any equivalent QualificationØ Should have experience of on field Sales functionØ Having understanding of CRM activitiesØ Should have blend of Strategical thinking, Execution & PlanningØ  Candidate should have experience of Corporate SalesØ Confident & Strong Communication / Presentation Skills
