The ideal candidate will lead this process, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.Key Responsibilities:Design & Deployment: Design and implement large-scale Google Workspace environments (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Admin Console). Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.Identity & Access: Manage Directory Synchronization (AD/LDAP/Cloud Identity) and 3rd-party SSO/Federation (Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OneLogin, Auth0) for end-to-end user Authentication.Migration & Modernization: Lead complex Office 365 or legacy migrations, multi-domain splits, and tenant consolidations. Develop and execute migration strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.Governance & Best Practices: Establish operational standards, monitoring, and change-management frameworks to ensure the stability and security of Google Workspace environments.Security & Compliance:Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and advanced content controls: Protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or exfiltration.Enforce Context-Aware Access and Zero-Trust security principles: Implement least privilege access and adaptive authentication to prevent security breaches.Define and maintain compliance, eDiscovery, and retention policies (Google Vault, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC): Ensure regulatory compliance and manage data retention, eDiscovery, and archiving.
