To know more, check out our website: Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy: Manage the implementation and execution of integrated marketing and communications across multiple channels and functions (social media, performance marketing, organic, partnerships and affiliates, branding, and PR). Consumer Acquisition & Retention: Create impactful digital and offline marketing campaigns to acquire new customers while retaining a loyal consumer base. Marketing Expansion: Utilize channels such as SEO, PPC, Social media, Email marketing, Digital & Print Advertising, and Content marketing to drive engagement and conversions. Team Leadership: Spearhead digital, creative, and social teams to ensure their content supports overall messaging and marketing strategies through email campaigns, events, site/landing pages, digital advertising, and social media. Performance Metrics: Create, monitor, and measure campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales goals, and market share targets. Brand Transformation: Enhance brand visibility and reputation by crafting compelling narratives and maintaining consistent messaging across all channels. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with all stakeholders on key business metrics, progress, and issues to ensure alignment and high visibility. Budget Management: Own and create marketing plans; define the optimal marketing mix; drive growth via innovation; manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Compliance and Consistency: Ensure compliance with all communications and materials such as media content, guidelines, templates, press releases, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in scaling successful brands, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of leading large-scale marketing operations and delivering measurable business results. Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and influencer partnerships. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and lead cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
