Roles & Responsibilities:Coordinating new client onboarding process with the back office teamData gathering and Financial plan creation within agreed TAT and as per process checklistsPresentation of draft and final plansPortfolio reviews and recommendationsPresentation of portfolio reviews and investment recommendations/exits to clients within agreed turnaround time linesCoordination with Senior Advisors/Wealth Managers and Back Office team for implementation of adviceAid in queries linked to clients financial plan and/or portfolio recommendationsFinancial planning software, risk profiling software housekeeping and portfolio reporting software integration with client reportsResearch software integration for client reportsMaintenance of planning and review calendarsKeeping updated on the financial markets & products (Equities, Mutual Funds, Asset Allocation, Planning Trends, Alternate Investments, Macro Economy, Global events)Providing clients with information on new and existing products and schemes in coordination with Research/SeniorsSharing the macro views on global/ local economy, and local /global financial markets with clients during meetingsSharing research/investment updates with clients on an ongoing basis during meetingsWebsite content and social media content maintenance with planner insights
