Manage the back-office operations using Investwell Mint, tallying goals and maintaining accurate data. Maintain client-specific MIS records, including implementation logs, follow-ups, and coordination with the team to ensure seamless execution of plans.   Proficiency in XLS with a knack for functions and formulas to present data meaningfully. Dexterity in using MS Office Suite. Confidence in presenting and navigating investment planning strategies. Adaptability to work collaboratively within a team environment and update CRM systems effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with a keen ability to take notes and distil the essence of conversations. Empathetic listening skills and strong analytical abilities to decipher intricate financial details.
