Job Summary:Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.Leads the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective sourcing of high-caliber candidates through various channels.Conducts thorough interviews for technical and non-technical positions, utilizing behavioral questioning techniques to assess candidate fit.Establishes partnerships with external sources, such as job portals and professional networks, to expand talent pool.Completes all necessary HR formalities, including contract management, benefits administration, and exit procedures.Onboards new employees, ensuring seamless transition into the organization, and maintains accurate personnel records.Documents all HR processes and transactions via HR Management System (HRMS).Investigates and resolves employee grievances in a fair and timely manner, maintaining open communication and transparency throughout the process.Develops and implements innovative solutions to improve employee experience and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Serves as a strategic advisor to management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth and success.Maintains an up-to-date employee database, tracking changes in employment status, benefits, and other key metrics.Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying informed about relevant changes and updates.Cooperates with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and provides expert guidance on HR-related matters.About You:A minimum of 1 year experience as an HR Executive is required. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with employees at all levels.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience using HR software and systems a plus.Good understanding of labor laws, payroll, taxes, and other related regulations.
