This includes configuring, customizing, and maintaining various modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog.Implement automation workflows, SLAs, and integrations with other enterprise tools to streamline service management operations.Process Optimization & GovernanceDesign and refine ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices for consistency and continuous improvement.Evaluate and ensure compliance across service management operations.Stakeholder Engagement and SupportCollaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver scalable solutions and provide training on Freshservice usage.Support end-users and internal teams with knowledge management and AI-driven support initiatives.Reporting & Insights for Data-Driven DecisionsDevelop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, SLA adherence, and service performance.Analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and reduce ticket resolution time.Innovation and Integration StrategiesExplore and implement new Freshservice features and third-party integrations to enhance platform capabilities.Drive self-service, knowledge management, and AI-driven support initiatives.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ITSM rolesHands-on experience with Freshservice administration and configurationStrong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principlesExperience with automation, scripting, and API integrationsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCertifications in ITIL, Freshservice, or related platforms are a plus
