Job Title: Project Manager for Global OperationsAs a Project Manager for Global Operations, you will oversee the delivery of multiple onsite projects with varying complexities. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including metallurgy, fabrication, inspection, and international standards. Proficiency in Autocad or MDT is also necessary, along with basic knowledge of PLCs and other automation software.A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage global multi-cultural teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different regions. The successful candidate will be innovative, outgoing, and well-organized, with excellent language skills in English.Responsibilities:Deliver multiple onsite projects on time, within budget, and specification.Ensure project teams follow established manufacturing processes and engineering protocols.Supervise staff and make recommendations for process improvements.Collaborate with engineers and technical personnel to develop instructional manuals and training programs.Troubleshoot complex problems and provide solutions.Conduct research on field developments and network with other professionals.Communicate with clients and present reports to leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant academic field (e.g., Engineering or Technology).Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising medium to high complexity Field projects.Experience in manufacturing methodologies, metallurgy, fabrication, inspection, and international standards.Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings, switch gears, parts, functions, etc.Basic skills in Autocad or MDT and exposure to PLCs and other automation software.Competencies:Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage global multi-cultural teams.Innovative and outgoing team member.Well-organized and disciplined in implementing projects.What We Offer:Join our dynamic team in an exciting business with great products.
