Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Job DescriptionACL Digital is actively hiring for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and services by developing and executing comprehensive test plans, performing thorough testing, and providing actionable feedback to the development team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of features and functionalities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and project management, to gather requirements, clarify feature scope, and ensure alignment with product vision.Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, scripts, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and provide detailed reports to the development team.Work closely with the product team to understand product requirements, design testing strategies, and implement effective testing solutions.Requirements:Technical Skills:Proficiency in containerization/virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity)Experience with popular frontend testing frameworks (Webdriver.io, Cucumber.js) and backend testing tools (Cucumber.js, Node.js)Knowledge of load testing tools (JMeter, Grafana + Prometheus) and deployment models (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket), build tools (Maven, NPM), and databases (PostgreSQL, Neo4j)Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a global team environmentAbility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlinesImmediate joiners are preferred.
