Oversee end-to-end video production process, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and finalization.2. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements, translating this information into actionable project briefs.3. Manage daily tasks and workflow, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain high-quality output across all deliverables.4. Conduct thorough quality checks (QC) to guarantee content meets client expectations and brand standards.5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting their growth and professional development.6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness and optimize engagement.7. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase audience reach, engagement, and brand awareness.8. Analyze project data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to enhance content performance.9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.10. Collaborate with clients to conceptualize new ideas, develop innovative content strategies, and create visually appealing social media videos.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Marketing, Communications, or related field.2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video production, creative project management, or a related field.3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro), and visual design tools (e.g., Photoshop).4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.6.
