Job Description:The role of AVP Third Party Risk Management supports the Vice President of Operational Risk in leading the development and implementation of a Group-wide Third-Party Risk Management Framework.To design and deploy a firm-wide TPRM framework, including an outsourcing governance structure.Manage the ongoing TPRM program, which involves assessing and mitigating risks associated with new and existing third-party suppliers through an integrated approach.To ensure that risks related to third-party relationships are identified, assessed, monitored, and controlled before and after contract execution.Operating Environment Framework Boundaries and Working RelationshipThis role requires regular interaction with various stakeholders, including Heads of Segments, Divisions, Countries, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Second Line functions such as Fraud Prevention, Intelligence, Compliance, Information Security, and Senior Management of outsourced service providers.Decision Making Authority ResponsibilityInfluence Business Units to effectively manage third-party risk, adopt emerging practices, and derive risk-based analysis conclusions from operational risk data.RequirementsA minimum of 3-5 years of expertise in third-party risk oversight, vendor governance, risk management, operational risk, or a related field is required. Proven experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, and vendor management is highly desirable.Broad knowledge of third-party risk management principles, technical skills, and ability to influence without authority to achieve desired outcomes.
