Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive at WCube. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial statements, analyzing data, handling finance activities, managing Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, and financial reporting.
QualificationsFinancial Statements, Analytical Skills, and Finance expertiseExperience with Goods and Services Tax (GST) complianceFinancial Reporting knowledgeStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financial dataBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldProfessional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
Key Responsibilities1. InvoicingTimely and accurate generation of invoices for all products and services.Ensure invoices are issued in compliance with customer contracts and applicable regulations.Monitor and maintain records of all invoicing activities.
2. Accounts ReceivableManage the accounts payable process to ensure timely collections.Regularly update and maintain customer accounts and payment statuses.Implement strategies to reduce the days sales outstanding (DSO).
3. GST ComplianceEnsure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.Conduct regular reviews of GST compliance to identify and rectifydiscrepancies.
4. ReconciliationPerform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and general ledger.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all reconciliations.
5. E-InvoicingImplement and manage e-invoicing processes as per GST requirements.Ensure seamless integration of e-invoicing with existing accounting systems.Regularly update the team on e-invoicing compliance and best practices.
6. Customer ContractsReview and maintain accurate records of customer contracts.Ensure invoicing and collections align with contract terms.Collaborate with sales and legal teams to address contract-related issues.Salary: 4-5 LPA fixed
