Brand & Community Marketer


Responsibilities:

You'll play a vital role in defining and executing marketing strategies that propel Qoruz's ambitious growth. You'll be responsible for:

  • Build a Network and Community: Find relevant potential participants of the community via online (Linkedin/Forums) or offline (Events) and build a base community.
  • Engage & Nurture: Maintain strong relationships with community members, ensuring high levels of excitement and engagement.
  • Community Events: Plan, organize, and moderate virtual and in-person events such as webinars, workshops, and networking meetups that add value to the community.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate content tailored to the needs and interests of brand strategists, including newsletters, discussion prompts, and industry insights.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Build funnels for collaboration for Qoruz’s internal stake-holders via community interactions.


Must Have Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in community management, public relations, events management, or a related field.
  • Preferably a bachelor's/master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related domain.
  • A genuine interest and sufficient knowledge in the world of branding and marketing.
  • Experience in creating engaging conversations content by hosting virtual or offline events (e.g., webinars, live chats, AMAs etc).
  • Excellent writing skills to craft compelling narratives and design impactful materials (along with visual designers)


Other Key Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to hold a conversation with an audience boring them out.
  • Ability to handle conversational conflicts and views with grace with community peers and senior personnel.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
