This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, performance analytics, and understanding how data-driven campaigns fuel brand growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in setting up, running, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Marketplaces and other digital platformsSupport in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics on a daily and weekly basisHelp with ad creative testing, A/B experiments, and audience segmentationCollaborate with the growth and content teams to align campaign strategy with brand goalsResearch competitor campaigns, trends, and keywords to improve ad performanceContribute insights to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costEligibility CriteriaGraduate or final-year student (any stream)Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platformsStrong analytical mindset and comfort with Excel/Sheets and dashboardsInterest in performance marketing, digital advertising, and data-driven decision makingEagerness to experiment, take feedback, and optimize creative and performance outcomesMust be Bangalore-based and able to work on-site, 6 days a weekWhat You’ll GetHands-on experience in performance marketing for a fast-growing D2C health brandMentorship from founders and growth leads on data-driven brand buildingReal exposure to campaign management, optimization, and analyticsOpportunity for full-time conversion at a market-aligned salaryA young, energetic work culture where your ideas and insights matter from Day 1
