Backed by Sequoia Capital, Elevation Capital, BEENEXT, and Matrix Partners, we are a Series-C funded startup headquartered in Bengaluru.Position Overview:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.Key Responsibilities:-Campaign Execution & Management:Assist in creating, launching, and uploading paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.Basic knowledge of ad platforms.Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.-Analytics & Reporting:Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for campaigns.Prepare performance reports and insights using tools like Meta Ads Manager, and Excel.-Optimization:Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements.Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize costs.Requirements:Basic understanding of digital marketing conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Skills:Prior experience/ coursework in digital marketingKnowledge of keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush.Familiarity with social media advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Knowledge of South Indian languages is a plusWhat We Offer:Hands-on experience in real-world marketing campaigns.Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals.Opportunities to work on diverse projects and multiple channels.A collaborative and growth-focused work environment.Apply today to kickstart your career in performance marketing and make an impact
