Job Title: Interior Design Project ManagerKey Responsibilities:Thorough understanding of technical drawings (2D/3D) from various disciplines, including civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and others.Identification of design discrepancies and proactive management of execution risks to ensure timely project delivery.Validation and review of work orders, bills of quantities (BOQs), drawings, and other critical documents.Preparation of detailed project execution schedules, highlighting inter-dependencies of various tasks to maintain seamless workflow.Audit of site work through regular site inspections and remote monitoring with a focus on quality control.Ensuring that all quality and timeline-related requirements are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.Providing technical inputs and instructions to the Site supervisor (Project Executive).Sharing timely site updates with customers to maintain transparency and trust.Serving as a bridge between designers and customers throughout the project's execution stage.Updating project trackers and summaries, and sharing weekly progress reports with all stakeholders.Analyzing data to identify performance bottlenecks, devising corrective solutions, and implementing them end-to-end.Maintaining high-quality standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Collaborating with internal functions on key initiatives such as SOPs, pricing, and new projects.Building and maintaining positive vendor relationships, addressing concerns in a timely manner.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong technical knowledge of interior design principles and practices.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proactive approach to risk management and execution.Benefits:Others:
