This includes managing project execution using appropriate methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. You will also ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, while maintaining high quality standards and execution efficiency.Responsibilities:Oversight of project lifecycle.Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, technical specifications, and timelines.Ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope.Managing project execution and team performance.Cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders.Requirements:A minimum 2 years of software project management experience.Excellent proactive communication skills.A strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).A leadership style that balances empathy with accountability.Prior experience as a software engineer or product manager is beneficial.
