Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Email Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity unit, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective email security strategies to protect our organization's sensitive information.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement email security solutions using Proofpoint Email Security tools.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for email-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of email security with other IT systems.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for email security processes.Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to enhance email security strategies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.5-9 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years focusing on email security solutions.Strong understanding of email security protocols, including safe listing, block listing, domain on/off boarding, URL/attachment defense and phishing analysis.Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 24*7 support.Skills and QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of email security protocols and threat prevention techniques.Experience with Proofpoint Email Security solutions and other email security tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.,
