Operational Excellence SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to drive process improvements and deliver actionable insights.The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, outliers, and areas for enhancement.Analyze KPIs to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions.Develop strategic plans to optimize processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Drive Operational Excellence initiatives to enhance process health and efficiency.Conduct Quality and Compliance Reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards.Support Knowledge Retention and Training programs to foster a culture of continuous learning.Propose Functional Process Improvement Plans and Business Opportunities based on data analysis.Enhance OTC End-to-End KPIs (Touchless / Cycle Time) through process optimization.Requirements:Working knowledge and experience in OTC processes.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Green Belt or six sigma certification preferred.Functional Competencies:Understanding of finance and commercial processes, risk and compliance principles.Quick learner with strong analytical skills; able to tackle complex issues and drive improvements using different analytical tools and data models.
