US Civil Engineer Recruiter PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our recruitment team as a US Civil Engineer Recruiter.The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of civil engineering roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours.Main Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US clients in the Civil Engineering domain.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards, and other channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Prior exposure to recruiting for multiple US states and understanding of US hiring processes.
