Job Title: Content CreatorWe are seeking a skilled Content Creator to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, campaigns, speeches, and public statements.Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Daily Communication:Create captivating captions, posts, and platform-specific content for Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.Craft compelling hooks, punchlines, and call-to-actions for reels, videos, and images.Develop an adaptable writing tone to suit different audiences – youth, civic groups, general public.Campaign Writing:Develop strong copy for campaigns such as “Infinite / Anant Indore” and other upcoming IPs.Create slogans, taglines, and thematic text for posters, videos, and events.Ensure cohesion with the broader narrative, vision, and messaging.Speech Writing & Official Statements:Draft speeches aligned with the tone, vision, and communication style.Prepare structured talking points, briefs, and notes for public events.Write official statements, press responses, and commentary on civic matters.Trend Monitoring & Rapid Response Writing:Track political, social, and geo-political trends in real-time.Write fast, sharp, accurate tweets and responses relevant to emerging topics.Ensure alignment with the Mayor’s position, sentiment, and communication boundaries.Content Research & Insight Integration:Collaborate with researchers to gather facts, civic insights, and contextual data.Convert complex topics into simple, relatable public communication.Collaboration & Creative Integration:Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and the cinematographer to align visuals with messaging.Participate in ideation for storytelling formats, scripts, and campaign visuals.Language & Tone Consistency:Maintain a consistent bilingual communication style (English + Hindi).Ensure messaging reflects humility, vision, and the developmental spirit of Indore.Requirements:Essential Skills:Excellent command of Hindi and English writing – grammar, flow, and clarity.Strong understanding of political, civic, and governance narratives.Ability to write for multiple formats: captions, speeches, press notes, slogans, video scripts.Fast writing ability with accuracy under time pressure.Experience:2–5 years of experience in political communication, journalism, campaigns, or public communication roles.Prior experience with a political leader, government office, or communication agency is mandatory.Mindset & Passion:Passionate about politics, governance, public affairs, and narrative-building.Keeps up with daily news, debates, policy announcements, and global trends.Strong ownership mindset – commitment to shaping leadership communication.Ability to work in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.Professional Traits:Quick thinker with excellent judgment.Highly reliable, discreet, and aware of communication sensitivities.Ability to simplify complex topics into public-friendly messaging.Healthy balance of creativity + discipline.
